Wireless coordinated multi-point technology is coordinated multi-point technology with wireless cooperation between mobile hubs.

 

System Model

Basic system model

For a base model, we consider a network with a mobile hub and a sensor node. Then, the received signal at the mobile hub is given by

r = hs + n    (1)

where h is a received channel from a sensor node to a mobile hub, s is a transmission signal with a power constrain of E[|s|^2] < P and n is a noise signal.

In basic system of (1), we assume Rayleigh distribution for channel model of h with unit variance and complex Gaussian distribution with variance of N_0 for noise model of n. The ergodic capacity of the basic system system in (1) can be given by
